Ordering and delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Handling takes 1 business day and standard US delivery takes 3-6 business days after that. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier collects the parcel and can also be checked on Track Your Order.
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), Pay with cards and more, Credit / Debit Card, Klarna, Afterpay and . The full detail is on the Payment Policy page.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] to start; we issue a return authorisation within 2 business days and refund within 5-7 business days of the item arriving back.
Products and the shop
Are the tumblers insulated, and what capacity?
The tumblers are double-walled insulated stainless steel and the capacity is in the product title — 16, 20 or 30 ounces. Lids and straws are noted in the description where they are included rather than assumed.
Can one order cover a whole department?
That is what the bulk packs are for. Tote bags come in 24 and 48 counts, pens in 10 and 40, notepads in 12-packs. Buying one 48-count listing is a single line on your order rather than forty-eight.
Do you still sell music?
The First Street shop is a gift and music counter. The online catalogue is the gift half only — drinkware, bags, stationery and desk pieces. For anything on the music side, call the shop on +1 213-625-3839.
What is the shipping rule?
Flat $4.95 for standard US delivery and free at $39 or above. Nothing is added after the cart total.
Returns and visiting us
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at present. Checkout offers US addresses only, and we would rather say that plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil.
